Want to go deeper into discussion about Scripture and living out your faith in today’s world? Join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month for dinner and a lively discussion. God Talk is led by the Rev. John H. Vaughn, Executive Vice President at Auburn Theological Seminary.
Dinner starts at 6:30 pm, followed by a Scripture reading and discussion at 7:00 pm.
There are a variety of ways for Adults to deepen and reflect on their faith throughout the year: Sunday morning group studies, book groups, and opportunities for service to the community. Check the schedule of events on our Calendar for the latest offerings.
Beyond Labels - LGBTQI
Beyond Labels is a Christian Fellowship of The Fort Washington Collegiate Church that is committed to creating a world where gender identity, gender expression, body presentation and sexual attraction are celebrated and recognized as a vital part of human identity and the imaging of God in the world. Beyond Labels brings together a diverse community that includes, but is not limited to: straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, and intersex persons.
Beyond Labels is rooted in a simple idea, a simple belief – that we are ALL the children of God, wonderfully made, unique and different on purpose – and that there is so much more to us than the confines of our identity labels, in short, we can move beyond labels.
