The Fort Washington Collegiate Church Choir is a volunteer-based group of singers ranging in background from “sing-in-the-shower” music-lovers to Broadway and Opera professionals. We sing a wide range of material; from traditional hymns to urban gospel, and from classical to contemporary Christian and secular songs. We rehearse on Thursday evenings, and meet at 8:30 on Sunday mornings to rehearse and prepare for services. All are welcome; ideal candidates should have some music reading skills and/or a good ear, and the ability to listen, follow direction, and blend. For more information about joining, contact Director of Worship and Music Arts, Chanelle Schaffer.

God has a special place for the poor. The poor are where God lives. God, my friends, is with the poor and God is with us IF we are with them.
This is not a burden. This is an adventure.
