Music

At FWCC, we celebrate the fact that God is too big to be constrained by any one definition, and that our love and praise is too great to be expressed through any one musical style. The hymns we sing are taken from traditional  hymnals of various denominations (Reformed, Baptist, Methodist, etc) as well as from the Contemporary Christian repertoire, the Spirituals and songs of African American tradition, and the music of Christian worship from Asia to Australia and everywhere in between. The choir, children’s choir, band and soloists perform pieces in every imaginable style, flowing freely from Gospel to Classical,and from Latin to Hip-Hop, R&B, and Rap. We know that God hears us in any and every style, language, form and fashion, and that all of our praise is music to God’s ear.
